Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Associates to join our first and second shift teams.
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating production equipment and packaging products according to quality and productivity standards.
Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the success of our production processes.
Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment and machinery to manufacture products.
Follow company procedures and guidelines for safety and quality control.
Monitor and adjust production processes as needed to maintain efficiency.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production workflow.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Basic math skills to accurately measure and count materials.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.
Excellent communication skills.
