We specialize in producing pre-painted aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel.
Slitting, spooling, lancing, and stamping are also performed in our integrated facility.

The paintline department plays a significant role in the company by assuring that products meet specific specifications as defined by both First American and the customer.
Duties include checking and weighing raw materials, ensuring that machine settings are correct, maintaining a clean production environment, running quality checks on all functions of the paint outlined by the suppliers TDS, packaging, labeling, and simple machine maintenance.
The quality functions of the department are to measure, analyze, and report on quality from the time the product is received through delivery to the product's final destination.
The department works together to develop, maintain, and improve First American's productivity and profitability by decreasing waste.
The paintline department also supports other departments in the day-today improvement of products, services, and procedures.
