This role plays a vital role in securing financial support, promoting brand awareness, and enhancing the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta's mission through corporate partnerships.
This position will report to the Senior Manager, Institutional Giving and Partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and donors, serving as the primary point of contact.
Identify and pursue new corporate partnership opportunities aligned with the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta's goals and mission.
Coordinate and manage corporate sponsorship programs, including securing financial support, sponsorships for events, and in-kind donations.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of corporate partnership activities.
Develop compelling proposals and presentations to attract corporate partners and secure sponsorships.
Implement strategies to recognize and acknowledge corporate donors, ensuring strong stewardship and ongoing engagement.
Assist in planning and executing events related to corporate partnerships, including fundraising events, corporate volunteer activities, and recognition ceremonies.
Track and report on the progress of corporate partnership initiatives, evaluating the effectiveness and impact of each partnership.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate partnerships and fundraising.
QualificationsQualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in corporate relations, account management, fundraising, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices.
Familiarity with the nonprofit or youth development sector is a plus.
Willingness or ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.
Must successfully complete a criminal, motor vehicle and credit background check.
