We are currently looking for an amazing leader to join our team as a Landscape Construction Crew Member.
Our ideal candidate will be a team player with remarkable communication skills and naturally motivated to accomplish their best work every day.
Role:
Landscape Construction Crew Member What you would be responsible for Ensuring all installation work is performed in accordance with Bloom'n Gardens Landscape quality and safety guidelines.
Assisting Crew Leaders in accomplishing various tasks of landscape plans, including plant layout and installation, assisting in the construction of hardscape elements such as walls and patios, and installing irrigation and lighting systems.
Working with other crew members in accomplishing daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
What your goals would be Creating excellent work and excellent customer experiences all the time.
Providing leadership, accountability, and ongoing training to less-experienced crew members.

What your compensation and benefits would look like Starting Pay:
$16-$20/per hour; compensation based on experience.
