As Assistant Manager of a Marco's Pizza store, it will be your job to hire smart, manage crew schedules for maximum efficiency, stay on top of all paperwork including inventory and ordering, food costs, the entire Profit and Loss statement, as well as lead the crew in a fast-paced store culture of accountability.
Pizza is fun, and it will be your job to keep everything moving like a well-oiled machine, while creating a fun and customer-centric environment.
Knowledge of restaurant management is a plus, and a record of success building a community business through Local Store Marketing as well as traditional methods of marketing is desirable.
